Testimonials from the walk:
"It was fabulous to watch
the sea of people in yellow t-shirts.It felt great. I was really moved to see so many people come forward to make a difference.
And afterwards, the food, music, dance and activities for the kids - our family
loved it."

"As an Indian growing up in the United States, it is not always easy to connected to India. Joining projects like Stride for CHAI helps me feel connected and gives me a chance to learn from others volunteers. While doing research for this event, I talked to my family and their friends. It was great to learn what healthcare was like in India in the "old days", and to see what healthcare options are available in the present and to also be able to do something about bringing those options to people who really need them. My volunteer experience with Stride for CHAI was unique in this respect, and that best part is knowing I'm helping someone across the globe."
S.P., Mansfield
"I always believed that even one person could change the world, but it was so inspiring to see hundreds of motivated people walking for a common cause."

"I felt such a surge of a sense of togetherness at the walk; I felt everyone was related to me in some unknown way, and it felt like it reached to India..."
